ConocoPhillips: Judy Obsolescense Management Project (JOMP)

The ConocoPhillips operated J-Area is comprised of Judy, Joanne, Jade, and Jasmine producing fields. With start-up in 1995, Judy consists of 3 generations of ICSS controllers.

• A rip and replace project was ongoing when Eldor was given the task to provide an alternative approach as a feasibility study
•  Because of obsolete controllers, production could be at risk. Project constraints were cost and shutdown time available
•  ConocoPhillips adopted an alternative approach based on the feasibility report Eldor produced
